Questions
Can I book for a company or SPV?
Yes. Add the company name at checkout and the VAT invoice is issued to it.
Can my agent arrange access?
Yes. Choose "keys from agent" when you book and tell us which branch.
Do you stage properties bigger than 3 bedrooms?
Packs cover up to 3 bedrooms. For anything bigger, send us a message for a quote.
What if the property sells early?
We'll collect at the next available date. Hire fees already paid aren't refundable.
