Questions
Can my letting agent arrange access?
Yes. Choose "keys from agent" when you book and tell us which branch.
Does the flat need to be empty?
Yes. Clear it of furniture and belongings and have it cleaned before we arrive.
Is the price the same for HMOs and larger flats?
Packs cover up to 3 bedrooms. For anything bigger, send us a message for a quote.
What if the property sells early?
We'll collect at the next available date. Hire fees already paid aren't refundable.
