Questions
Can I book on behalf of my vendor?
Yes. Choose "estate agent" as your role at checkout and add your company name for the VAT invoice.
How quickly can you install?
Any install date from seven days ahead, Monday to Friday. If you need something sooner, send us a message.
Do I need to meet your team?
No. Leave keys at your office, give us a lockbox code, or arrange for someone to be there.
What happens if the property sells early?
Let us know and we'll collect at the next available date. Hire fees already paid aren't refundable.
What if we can't get in on the day?
If we can't get access at installation, there's a rebooking fee of £150 + VAT. See our terms.
Who insures the furniture while it is in the property?
The property's insurance needs to cover the staging furniture while it's in place. We don't insure it on your behalf.
How do we pay?
By card when you book, through our secure Stripe checkout. Your VAT invoice is emailed to you.
