Package questions
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are shown plus VAT at 20%. Checkout shows the VAT and full total before you pay.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Any install date from seven days ahead, Monday to Friday. If you need something sooner, send us a message.
Is my install date confirmed straight away?
The date you pick is provisional. We'll be in touch to confirm it, then we email the confirmation and your collection date.
What if I need the furniture for longer than 4 weeks?
Seven days before collection, we email you with an "Extend for 4 more weeks" button at the same package price, paid in advance. Extend by the end of the day, 2 working days before collection.
Can I book for a client?
Yes. Most bookings come from estate agents booking on behalf of a seller.
Do I need to be there for installation?
No. When you book, choose how we get in: keys from the estate agent, a lockbox, or someone meeting our team.
Does the property need to be empty?
Yes. Clear the property of furniture and belongings and have it cleaned before we arrive.
Do you hang the artwork and mirrors?
Yes. We hang artwork and mirrors as part of the installation, so make sure the owner is happy for us to put up a few wall fixings.
Who insures the furniture while it is in the property?
The property's insurance needs to cover the staging furniture while it's in place, for example the buildings, contents or unoccupied-property policy. We don't insure it on your behalf.
Can we choose the furniture or style?
No. Each pack uses furniture combinations we've used successfully across many staged properties, so every room works together and photographs well.
What do we need to do before collection?
Make sure we can get in on the collection date, and leave everything in the rooms where we installed it.
How do we pay?
By card when you book, through our secure Stripe checkout. Your VAT invoice is issued from our accounts system and emailed to you.
Will it be ready for photos the same day?
Yes. Beds are dressed and every room is styled before we leave.
Is collection included?
Yes. We collect on day 29, the same weekday as the install.
What if the property sells early?
Let us know and we'll collect at the next available date. Hire fees already paid aren't refundable.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
You can move your installation date free of charge up to 48 hours before. Cancel more than 7 days before installation for a full refund. Homeowners also have a 14-day right to cancel; see our terms.
