How much does home staging cost in Glasgow?

Staging an empty flat or house in Glasgow usually means hiring furniture and accessories for a few weeks while the property is marketed. Our packs cost £750 to £1,050 + VAT for a 4-week hire. Many local stagers quote individually instead, and published prices from local firms run from roughly £995 to £2,995 depending on size, often for a 6-week hire.

An extension is another 4 weeks at the same price, paid in advance. The price is the same anywhere in our area, from Glasgow to West Lothian.
What's included
Every pack dresses the whole property: each bedroom, the living and dining area, the kitchen and every bathroom, finished with ornaments, florals and greenery. Delivery, installation and collection are included. See the full list for each pack.
What changes the cost
With fixed packs, the price is set by the size of the property, not by a quote. A few things change what you pay:
- Number of bedrooms. Packs cover 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. Larger properties are quoted separately.
- How long it stays. Each pack is a 4-week hire. If the property hasn't sold, you can extend for another 4 weeks at the same price, paid in advance.
- Access on the day. If our team can't get in on the installation date, there's a rebooking fee of £150 + VAT.
- Late collection. If we can't collect when the hire ends, a further 4 weeks is charged at the pack price.
Some things don't change the price: the number of bathrooms and en suites (each gets a dressing pack at no extra cost), the choice of double or single beds in the smaller bedrooms, and where you are in our coverage area.
How to compare quotes
- Check whether the price includes VAT.
- Compare the hire length: a 6-week price and a 4-week price aren't the same thing.
- Ask what an extension costs and whether it's paid in advance.
- Check delivery, installation and collection are included.
- Ask whether bathrooms and the kitchen are dressed, or only the main rooms.
